Unser Sojahaus | self-introduction

The soybean is the local miracle bean for us. We’re Sabrina and Kevin, the owners of “Unser Sojahaus.” Every week, we make tofu using a soybean mill from Taiwan, a traditional cheese kettle, and our own hands. What makes us unique? It’s the freshness, texture, and flavor of our tofu. Making tofu by hand is where it all started for us, and it’s the heart of our commitment to making good-quality and eco-friendly food. We think soybeans are amazing because they can be used in so many ways! We love exploring all the delicious dishes we can make with this local bean.
