Okara Tex is a creamy, fiber-rich ingredient with impressive water-holding capacity. It’s a smart fat replacer that can be used in your soy-based texturized products (like yogurt) replacing non-soy ingredients. The product can also be used in baked goods like cakes and muffins – reducing fat and boosting nutritional properties. In vegan ice-cream it delivers creamy mouthfeel with fewer additives.
