Donau Soja Moldova published the first out of three articles, “How can we achieve stable soybean yields in drought conditions?”, with recommendations from Agri-talk Moldova, an activity organised to provide farmers and relevant market players from Moldova with answers to their inquiries in the field of cultivation of soybean and other legumes, seeking to facilitate knowledge and best practice dissemination among the Moldovan agricultural community to improve results in the context of climate. The first article focuses on recommendations regarding choosing the right soybean varieties that are locally adapted and drought-resistant, sowing, main principles of conservative and no-till agricultural systems, importance of crop rotation, efficient pest and weed control, importance of innoculation and other important practices.
