On 19 of September, Donau Soja Moldova, together with the Centre of Agriculture and Rural Counselling, organised the practical seminar with agricultural producers Harnessing the bioeconomic potential of soybeans in the context of climate change at the Donau Soja demo field of our partner GT Agro-Panfil. The event focused on topics such as soybean cultivation in the context of climate change in the Republic of Moldova, specific features of using plant protection products in soybean cultivation with practical recommendations, recommendations on harvesting and post-harvest conditioning of soybeans, soybean processing, production and certification of legume seed material in accordance with international standards.
The event brought together 50 participants, including farmers, processors, input providers, representatives from Ministry of Agriculture and Food Industry, National Centre for Research and Seed Production and National Food Safety Agency, thus creating a platform for exchange between different stakeholders along the value chain.
