Podrška poljoprivrednim proizvođačima u prelasku na regenerativnu poljoprivredu
Donau Soja u saradnji sa EIT Food sprovodi projekat ‘EIT Food program regenerativne poljoprivrede’ u periodu 2024-2026. godine na teritoriji Srbije. Ovaj program je dizajniran tako da osnaži poljoprivredne proizvođače u Srbiji u primeni regenerativnih poljoprivrednih praksi. Tokom trajanja programa, proizvođači će imati priliku da učestvuju u praktičnim obukama, dobiju prilagođenu, individulanu savetodavnu podršku i učestvuju u edukativnim događajima. Cilj programa je stvaranje otpornijih, ekonomski održivih i ekološki prihvatljivih poljoprivrednih sistema koji na nivou gazdinstava mogu dati odgovore na izazove kao što su klimatske promene, sigurnost u snabdevanju hranom i zaštita obradivog zemljišta.
O Programu
‘EIT Food program regenerativne poljoprivrede’ pokrenut je 2024. godine u cilju podrške poljoprivrednim proizvođačima u primeni praksi koje regenerišu zdravlje zemljišta, povećavaju biodiverzitet i jačaju otpornost evropskog prehrambenog sistema.
Ključni partner za implementaciju programa u Srbiji je Donau Soja, koja koordinira aktivnosti i direktno sarađuje sa proizvođačima kako bi se ovaj program uspešno realizovao.
Uticaj programa
Od pokretanja 2024. godine, program je obuhvatio stotinak poljoprivrednih proizvođača. Svake godine program se nadograđuje na prethodnu – uključujući nove učesnike i produbljujući podršku za tekuće napore prelaska na regenerativnu poljoprivredu.
- Godišnje obučeni poljoprivredni proizvođači: 40+
- Savetodavne posete proizvođačima i njihovim gazdinstvima: 2 po poljoprivrednom proizvođaču
- Terenske posete i sesije mrežne saradnje između poljoprivrednih proizvođača
- Učesnici javnih događaja: 90+ zainteresovanih strana
- Medijska pokrivenost kroz članke, biltene i intervjue
Struktura programa
Svaka godišnja etapa programa sastoji se od pet ključnih faza realizovanih na lokalnom nivou, usklađenih sa strateškim ciljevima EIT Food-a. Poljoprivredni proizvođači unapređuju svoje znanje i veštine kroz izgradnju kapaciteta, prilagođen savetodavni program i praktično vođenje tokom trajanja programa
Faza 1: Planiranje i poziv
Godina započinje pripremom plana rada, koncepta obuke i lokalne strategije komunikacije. Poljoprivredni proizvođači se pozivaju i biraju za učešće u sesijama obuke.
Faza 2: Obuka za poljoprivredne proizvođače
Minimum trideset poljoprivrednih proizvođača učestvuje u dvodnevnim obukama, koje obuhvataju osnovne module kao što su zdravlje zemljišta, raznovrsnost ekosistema, ekonomske koristi kao i praktične uvide u rad na terenu. Cilj obuke je da opremi poljoprivredne proizvođače veštinama potrebnim za započinjanje prelaska na regenerativne prakse.
Faza 3: Savetovanje i umrežavanje
Izabrani učesnici dobijaju podršku na nivou gazdinstva, uključujući dve savetodavne posete godišnje, hemijske i biološke analize zemljišta, individualni holistički akcioni plan za primenu regenerativnih tehnika na njihovim gazdinstvima, kao i učešće u sesijama usmerenim ka zajedničkim izazovima i prilikama kada su u pitanju ove prakse.
Faza 4: Javni događaj
Svake godine se organizuje nacionalni događaj koji promoviše regenerativnu poljoprivredu široj publici – uključujući poljoprivrednike, istraživače, kompanije i donosioce odluka. Događaj povećava vidljivost programa i podstiče dijalog unutar poljoprivrednog sektora.
Faza 5: Komunikacija i diseminacija
Aktivnosti programa i uspešne priče dele se putem lokalnih i nacionalnih medija, uključujući online publikacije, radio, biltenе i društvene mreže, sa fokusom na zainteresovane strane u poljoprivredi.

2025: New cohort of farmers onboarded
We’ve just kicked off the second year of our collaboration with EIT Food North-East in Serbia!
More than 30 agricultural producers joined our first training session of 2025 to explore regenerative farming practices and their benefits. The EIT Food Regenerative Agriculture Programme equips farmers with expert knowledge, in-depth training and expert guidance on adopting regenerative principles to improve soil health and farm resilience.
This year, 18 selected farmers will receive free, long-term support as part of the project – including soil quality assessments, data analysis, and customised regenerative practice plans to boost farm productivity and sustainability over the next three years.
Why does this matter? Healthy soils mean better yields, stronger farms, and a lower environmental footprint. And that’s a win for everyone.

05.11.2024: We’re excited to kick off the first regional conference, “Ready for New EU Regulations: The Perspective of Regenerative Agriculture,” in Novi Sad, in partnership with EIT Food as part of the EIT Food Regenerative Agriculture Program!
With EIT Food’s support and our shared vision, we’re addressing the challenges posed by new EU regulations, discussing how regenerative practices can lead to climate neutrality, and focusing on the restoration of our most valuable resources—soil, water, air, and the environment.
We’re thrilled to have agricultural producers, processors, agri-food companies, media, scientists, NGOs, banks, and donors all in one place. This collaboration underscores the importance of tackling these issues together.

We have just kicked off our project with EIT Food with our first training session! More than 30 agricultural producers attended this session to learn more about regenerative practices.

The ‘EIT Food Regenerative Agriculture Programme’ offers a comprehensive training and advisory programme to help farmers learn about the principles of regenerative agriculture and how to apply them on their farms.
As part of the project, six selected agricultural producers will receive free support over the next three years, including soil quality analysis, results analysis, and a plan for implementing regenerative practices tailored specifically to the selected farm.
2024: Start of the programme
In collaboration with Donau Soja, EIT Food enables agricultural producers from the territory of the Republic of Serbia to participate in the ‘EIT Food Regenerative Agriculture Programme’.
