Kroz u\u010de\u0161\u0107e vi\u0161e strana, projekat \u0107e razviti tranzicione puteve koji su spremni da odgovore na potrebe aktera u prehrambenom sistemu i donesu dodatne koristi relevantne za prioritete strategije FOOD 2030.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=&#8221;1_3&#8243; Projekat \u0107e tako\u0111e razviti tranzicione puteve koji \u0107e odgovarati potrebama aktera u prehrambenom sistemu i uskladiti se sa prioritetima strategije FOOD 2030.<\/p>\n<p>Potpuno iskori\u0161\u0107avanje potencijala mikrobioma je klju\u010dno za obezbe\u0111ivanje odr\u017eive i hranljive prehrambenih proizvoda i sto\u010dne hrane, jer su mikrobiomi va\u017eni akteri u celokupnom prehrambenom sistemu, po\u010dev\u0161i od primarne proizvodnje, gde mikrobi pobolj\u0161avaju rast i zdravlje biljaka, pa do proizvodnje hrane zasnovane na mikrobiolo\u0161kim procesima i na kraju povezuju\u0107i interakcije izme\u0111u mikrobioma \u017eivotinja i ljudi i zdravlja doma\u0107ina.
