Politik und Branchenvertreter diskutierten dabei, wie Europa widerstandsf\u00e4hige, entwaldungsfreie Soja-Wertsch\u00f6pfungsketten aufbauen und die Proteinl\u00fccke des Kontinents schlie\u00dfen kann.<\/p>\n<p>Mehr als 110 Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmer aus \u00fcber 20 L\u00e4ndern kamen zusammen und vernetzten die gesamte Wertsch\u00f6pfungskette \u2013 von Z\u00fcchtern, Verarbeitern und \u00d6lm\u00fchlen bis hin zu Wissenschaft, Innovation, Landwirtschaft und Handel. Das Nachmittags-Panel \u201eWarum wir eine europ\u00e4ische Proteinstrategie brauchen\u201c bestritt Laurent Mercier von der Europ\u00e4ischen Kommission gemeinsam mit Donau Soja-Pr\u00e4sident Matthias Kr\u00f6n.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eEuropa braucht einen ganzheitlichen Proteinansatz, der Forschung und Innovation, Marktentwicklung und Ma\u00dfnahmen der Mitgliedstaaten umfasst\u201c, sagte Laurent Mercier, Market Officer f\u00fcr Eiwei\u00dfpflanzen und pflanzliche Proteine bei der Europ\u00e4ischen Kommission. \u201eLeguminosen m\u00fcssen Teil der L\u00f6sung in Futtermitteln und Lebensmitteln sein \u2013 mit integrierten Wertsch\u00f6pfungsketten, die nachhaltige Produktion belohnen.\u201c<br \/>\n\u201eUnsere Strategie ist klar: den Anbau von europ\u00e4ischem Soja und anderen Leguminosen ausweiten, stabile M\u00e4rkte schaffen und faire Wettbewerbsbedingungen f\u00fcr Landwirte und Verarbeiter sicherstellen\u201c, sagte Kr\u00f6n. \u201eEs geht darum, Abh\u00e4ngigkeiten zu reduzieren und die regionale Wertsch\u00f6pfung in Europas l\u00e4ndlichen Regionen zu st\u00e4rken.\u201c<br \/>\nAuf der Generalversammlung pr\u00e4sentierte Aur\u00e9lie Tournan, Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrerin von Donau Soja, die Roadmap der Organisation f\u00fcr die kommenden Jahre.
