Donau Soja Declaration

Donau Soja enjoys widespread political support. 15 Ministers and State Secretaries from 14 countries have supported the Association's objectives by signing the Donau Soja Declaration.

Ukraine, Croatia, Serbia, Switzerland, Bosnia, Republika Srpska, Hungary, Bulgaria, Slovenia, Slovakia, Romania, Poland, Moldova, Germany, and Austria want to cooperate in the Donau Soja programme in order to bolster the value chain in the Danube region and thus an independent European supply of protein. The aim is to promote soya cultivation as part of sustainable crop rotation.
